1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pro Home Match, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

Pro Home Match is a matching and guidance platform. We do not provide home services and are not a contractor, service provider, or agent of any listed business.

Service providers listed on Pro Home Match are independent businesses responsible for their own services, pricing, licensing, insurance, and customer interactions.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.

You agree not to:

misuse the Platform

submit false or misleading information

interfere with Platform operations

attempt unauthorized access

4. AI-Assisted Features

The Platform may include AI-assisted chat and voice tools designed to help guide users.

These tools:

do not guarantee outcomes

may provide general guidance only

should not be relied upon as professional or legal advice

Pro Home Match is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-assisted interactions.

5. Service Provider Relationships

Pro Home Match may work with one approved service provider per service and location. Approval does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of performance.

Pro Home Match does not:

supervise service providers

control how services are performed

guarantee service quality or results

Any agreement for services is solely between the homeowner and the service provider.

6. No Guarantees

Pro Home Match makes no guarantees regarding:

availability of service providers

response times

pricing

outcomes or satisfaction

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pro Home Match shall not be liable for:

damages arising from services provided by third parties

loss or injury related to service provider interactions

reliance on information provided through the Platform

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pro Home Match from claims arising out of:

your use of the Platform

your violation of these Terms

disputes between users and service providers

9. Modifications to the Platform

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
